This Privacy Notice explains how information (including personal data as defined under GDPR) is collected, retained, used, disclosed, and transferred by pdfsolved and the available choices you have in regards to your personal information. This Privacy Notice applies to information collected, used or shared by pdfsolved when you use or access our websites, products, applications or services (collectively, the "Forms Services"), including when you attend our event or otherwise interact with us. With this, we want to explain to you how our services work and how the protection of your personal data is guaranteed.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. To send periodic emails
We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
To improve Services
We may gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service. We may contact you for marketing purposes, in accordance with your marketing preferences (for example, we may use your information to contact you to further discuss your interests in our services and products or other Events).

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. pdfsolved is committed to securing your personal information. We take appropriate technological and organizational measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
Your Personal Information Choices
We understand that your personal information is important to you, and that is why you have choices in how your personal information is used and shared. You can exercise your data protection and privacy rights at any time by logging into your account and updating your preferences or contacting pdfsolved.
For example, you can:
- Update, access, and delete your account information;
- Choose whether you wish to receive promotional and newsletter communications; and
- Choose whether you wish to share personal information with and use Box integrations.
If you hold an account with pdfsolved, we do not delete the data in your account – you are responsible for and control the time periods for which you retain this data. There are controls in your account where you can delete data at the account level (all data in your account) and at the response level.
Logging and Monitoring
Application and infrastructure systems log information to a centrally managed log repository for providing the services, troubleshooting, security reviews, and analysis by authorized pdfsolved personnel. Logs are preserved in accordance with regulatory requirements. We will provide customers with reasonable assistance and access to logs in the event of a security incident impacting their account.
Third-Party Websites
Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.
Information collected automatically which can include the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the customers who use the services, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Application) and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT environment.

Business Accounts
If you use the pdfsolved Services as part of a business, an entity, or a non-profit (collectively, “Organization”) that has an agreement with pdfsolved, then the terms of that agreement between the Organization and pdfsolved will supersede the Privacy Notice where the terms overlap.
Handling payments
Payment processing services enable this Application to process payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means. To ensure greater security, this Application shares only the information necessary to execute the transaction with the financial intermediaries handling the transaction.
Some of these services may also enable the sending of timed messages to the User, such as emails containing invoices or notifications concerning the payment.
